Founded by SheDev Private Limited, SheRozgar empowers women in remote areas to learn digital skills, earn sustainable income, and break cultural and economic barriers.
Our Story
What began as a local initiative is now a movement bringing opportunities to hundreds of women across seven regions. We believe that geography should not define destiny, and through technology, we are connecting the women of Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral to the global economy.
SheRozgar is more than just a training program—it’s a community of women supporting women. Through partnerships with organizations like GIZ, AKRSP, and the Women Development Department, we have trained hundreds of participants and helped them find meaningful employment in the digital economy.
