Terms of Reference
- Conduct training sessions as per the developed curriculum.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and hands-on projects.
- Assess trainees’ performance and provide feedback
- Submit session reports and learning progress data.
- Support post-training mentorship.
Qualifications
- Minimum 16 years of education required
- Proven expertise in the respective domain (minimum 2 years professional experience).
- Excellent teaching, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to train diverse youth participants.

Regional Coordinator Application
Help us expand our reach by coordinating training programs in your region.
Terms of Reference
- Manage regional logistics, communication, and training sessions.
- Coordinate with trainers and local institutions for venue and participant management.
- Ensure attendance, feedback, and on-ground documentation.
- Provide weekly updates and monthly reports to the project manager.
- Support local promotional events and recruitment of participants.
Qualifications
- Minimum 16 years of education required
- Local resident or with a strong community network in the region.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Digital literacy is preferred.
